Children’s Rights is everyone’s responsibility             The Covid-19 pandemic has gave us so much problems, struggles and made us feel that living a normal life is forbidden. Everyone was affected, mostly children that are still in their observing and developing stage. It is hard to say that children’s childhood these days may not be as fun as the one we had. Parents and guardians need to do everything for the child to enjoy still it’s childhood, so that the skills will continuously bloom and mental health of the kid would stay healthy                                                                  Children’s month is the time where we pay respect and acknowledge a children’s right. It is where we celebrate and promote the well-bei...

Wake up in the morning with a cup of tea, sipping while listening to the nature’s sounds, birds chirping calms your head and makes you think of your plans through-out the day. Planning about engaging the community in leading an environmentally conscious lifestyle, proposing this to the barangay captain, then agrees which we may start tomorrow.                      Starting up my day with a green shirt and a big smile, reminding everyone to put their trashes at the right place, making a project where as to gather all people in the community and help each other to create a big garden for free vegetables, we start growing trees and clean up trashes in the bodies of water for a healthier water that will be given to the plants and trees. Meeting and seminars will be don...

This blog would be my struggles, discoveries, and journey through out this quarter, I can say that we have been through a lot even though it’s still the first out of 4 quarters. Studying ict has never been easy to me when the covid hits us, I’ve wanted a teacher that would explain lessons and demo it to us, it maybe hard but I will not forget who I am, I am Elbert Rabena and I will finish my school with a big success.                       The first quarter is a knowledge filled quarter, I have encountered many discoveries and new knowledge through-out the lessons we had. The best and the one who got my eye is the history of internet, I wanted this topic because it makes me imagine times that have gone in the past, times where the world’s slowly developing. This would be a lifetime memory wh...

Hardships, disconnected and cannot contact                      As we all know, it’s almost 2 years of school that we have been undergoing via modular learning and it is caused by the deadly virus COVID-19. All of the movements are prohibited during this pandemic like face-to-face, works, and many more, it has been the caused on why the world stopped operating and on why the world has undergo bankruptcy. All because of COVID-19 the world has changed.   The Department of Education has it’s remedy for children not to stop learning and reaching their dreams, which is the distant modular learning, we cannot deny that it did not went pretty well as we thought it would be, but we have no choice but to accept and adjust on it. The struggles are super hard to deal with: stress, anxiety, poor internet connection, loneliness, home sick and many more. I know that it is hard for all o...

To be the strongest, also the best

Imahe
I’ve got the curiosity on what does resilient mean? According to Merriam-webster, they define resilient as “capable of withstanding shock without permanent deformation or rupture.” For me, our country has been a resilient one since many calamities and also the ongoing pandemic, we are able to face it and withstand these without falling down. Philippines is a country where we fight, wishes the best for the country. As I mentioned in the first paragraph "wishes the best for the country" so what do I mean by this? I mean, Filipino's have been a strong country but we also need a better government to lead us, a government who's purpose is to make Philippines a more resilient one, the best one. A country who have no great leadership is like a airplane full of passenger without a pilot, a plane without a pilot cannot soar up to the sky. We need to open up our eyes, choose the leaders that's best for us. Philippines is a great country, the people deserves more than what...
